  • The Surfacing of National Route N2 Section 34 from Ermelo (Km0) to (Km18). Client - SANRAL.

  • Upgrading of National Route 1, Section 17, from Holfontein interchange to Kroonstad. Client - SANRAL.
  • Rehabilitation of National Route 1 Section 17, between Kroonstad South and Westleigh. Client - SANRAL.
  • Reseal on National Route N1, Section 28 from Polokwane to DiepRivier.  Client  -  SANRAL
  • Reconstruction of National Road R571 Section 1 from N4 to Esibayeni (28.40 km).  Client  -  SANRAL
  • Safety improvements on National Route R71 Section 1 at Moria (± 4.5 km).
  • Partial reconstruction of National Route 11 Section 13 from Gamolekana (24 km) to Limburg (47.6 km). Client - SANRAL.
  • Burgersfort Township infrastructure extension including the reticulation of sewer, water, stormwater and electricity (subcontracted) as well as the streets and bulk service supply, being sewerage and water purification works and a reservoir. This was a fast-tracked contract completed in nine months and involved most aspects of the project management of civil works.
  • Realignment of the Provincial Road and the construction of access roads at De Hoop dam (2007 – 2009). This project was part of the De Hoop Dam Presidential Project.
  • Reconstruction of the R101 from Mokopane to Polokwane. This high volume traffic route was constructed in half widths. The 118,000 m³ sub-base pavement layer was constructed in-situ with a reclaimer/stabilizer unit while the 84,000 m³ of base course was constructed using conventional methods. The contract included 560,000 m² double seal.
  • Resealing of National Route 1, Section 28 from Deep River to Matoks (2005). The UTFC seal used on this contract was a relatively new concept and approximately 325,000 m² was laid in a period of three months. This type of seal improves ride-ability and skid resistance and reduces road noise and water spray in wet weather.
  • Reconstruction of National Route 1 between Matoks and Louis Trichardt in a joint venture (1997-1998).
  • Reconstruction of the George's Valley road in 1979. Hillary Construction pioneered the use of reinforced earth in road fills of up to 25 m in height.
  • Reseal of National Route R81 Section 1 from Munnik to Giyani (80.9 km). Client – SANRAL.
  • R71 Section 1: Polokwane to Boyne. Client – SANRAL.
  • Partial reconstruction of National Route R71 Section 1 from Boyne to Tzaneen (49 km). Client - SANRAL.
